August 30, 2024:

• Officer Bean responded to the 1400 block of West Michigan Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
• Officer Hogan was dispatched to the 700 block of North Waterloo Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 43-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation, and multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officer Reynaga responded to a personal welfare check in the 1900 block of South Milwaukee Street. A 26-year-old female was arrested on several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Michigan Avenue for a domestic dispute. A 26-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers responded to the 1300 block of North Star Street for a weapons complaint. A 26-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault.
• Officer Mills was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 600 block of North Elm Avenue. The 36-year-old male suspect left prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located.
• Officers responded to a robbery in the 200 block of West Biddle Street. A 37-year-old male was arrested for armed robbery.
• Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Seymour Avenue for a domestic dispute. A 35-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault.

• Officer Hogan conducted a traffic stop near Cooper Street and Austin Street. The 45-year-old male driver was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officers responded to a domestic situation in the 900 block of West Monroe Street. A 33-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Frazier conducted a traffic stop in the area of North Jackson Street and West Michigan Avenue. The 36-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop at East Ganson Street and North Gorham Street. The 31-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – high blood alcohol content.
• Officers responded to the 700 block of First Street for a larceny that just occurred. A 13-year-old male was lodged at JCYC for larceny, possession of stolen property, and resisting and obstructing.
• Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop near South West Avenue and West Franklin Street. The 35-year-old female driver was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Maltby Street for shots fired. Casings were located, and a vehicle in the area was struck. The investigation is ongoing.
• Sergeant Stanton conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Whitney Street. Both occupants fled on foot. Resisting and obstructing charges will be sought on a 20-year-old female.
• Sergeant Burkart conducted a traffic stop in the area of East Ganson Street and North Mechanic Street. A 29-year-old female was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North Pleasant Street. The 39-year-old male suspect left prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located.

• Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Milwaukee Street for a domestic dispute. An 18-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of Steward Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 28-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing, and multiple outstanding warrants. A 24-year-old female was arrested for resisting and obstructing, conditional bond violation, and multiple outstanding warrants.
• Sergeant Burkart conducted a traffic stop at West Ganson Street and Lansing Avenue. The 22-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officers were dispatched to the hospital for a stabbing victim. The victim is in stable condition. Felonious assault charges will be sought on a 34-year-old male.
• Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near East Michigan Avenue and South Waterloo Avenue. The 42-year-old female driver was transported to the hospital. Charges will be sought on the female for driving while intoxicated.
• While completing follow-up in the 600 block of Page Avenue, officers made contact with a wanted subject. A 26-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Mills responded to the 800 block of West Ganson Street for a disorderly subject. A 24-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

• Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 1500 block of West North Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located unoccupied, and was impounded at the owner’s request.
• Officer Debczak responded to the 700 block of East Washington Avenue for a suspicious situation report.
• Officer Elston was dispatched to South Blackstone Street and West Wilkins Street for a disorderly subject. A 49-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Debczak assisted Blackman Township near Wisner Street and Michigan Avenue with locating shoplifting suspects who fled on foot. A 14-year-old male was lodged at JCYC on an outstanding juvenile warrant. The other 2 subjects were located and turned over to Blackman Township PSOs.
• Officer Goble made contact with a subject in the 1100 block of West Argyle Street. A 39-year-old female was arrested on several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Griswold Street. A 40-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault – 3^rd offense.
