* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Kerr, Kinney, Maverick, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.

* WHEN...Through late this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain is possible through late this evening across the Rio Grande and parts of the southern Edwards Plateau.
