Marion Man Charged with Meth Possession
Deputy Robert Watson charged 41-year-old Gary Justin Morgan of Marion with felony Possession of Methamphetamine. Morgan received a $5,000 secured bond.
On August 21st, Deputy Watson was traveling down Jacktown Rd. when he initiated a traffic stop due to a moving violation of a black pickup truck. Morgan was a passenger in the vehicle, and it was discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear for traffic violations.
