* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Nolan, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton, Taylor and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and a storms will continue across much of West Central Texas into tonight. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rain is possible, adding to the widespread 3 to 6 inch totals that fell across the area on Monday. Some locations have seen totals in excess of 7 inches of rain. With soils already saturated, any additional heavy rainfall will quickly lead to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
