New boil Order for the City of Forsyth 9/3/2024
On September 3rd, 2024 at 3:30 pm a utility contractor broke the 8”water main that runs parallel to Coy Avenue. A temporary boil advisory has been issued for the main part of the City of Forsyth until further notice while crews work to isolate the break. The area affected area encompasses everything North and West of Swan Creek. This will include downtown, Hwy 160 along the full length of the city and the school.
Citizens can expect low water pressure or no water present at their residences and businesses. Crews will be working around the clock until the repair has been made.
