Police Continue Seeking Help Locating Missing Newark Woman
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé continues to seek the public’s help locating Aaliyah Bryant, 18, of Newark, who was reported missing on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Aaliyah, a frequent runaway, was last seen on August 29, 2023, in the 100 block of Chancellor Avenue. She was wearing a long white T-shirt and black leggings, and carrying a cross-body bag. Aaliyah is described as 5’3” tall, 300 pounds, with a light-brown complexion, and blonde hair. She also has a silver nose piercing and is reportedly diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Aaliyah Bryant to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
