South Brunswick Honors Local Veteran with Street Sign Dedication Ceremony
This Saturday, September 7th, South Brunswick Township will hold a Veteran Street Sign Dedication Ceremony which will take place at 11:00 AM at the intersection of Ridge and (East) New Road in Monmouth Junction to honor local Veteran Joseph Duca. This is the Township’s most recent dedication recognizing local veterans for their military service.
Joseph Duca enlisted into the United States Army on July 24, 1964 during the Vietnam War. He was part of the 73rd Engineer Company/84th Battalion.
Duca, served until his Honorable discharge on July 12, 1967 with outstanding leadership and courage receiving the National Defense Service Medal, the Meritorious Unit Emblem, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal and the Sharpshooter Badge.Instructions:
