The pictured suspect exited the Target Store into the vestibule where their bicycle was parked. As they rode the bicycle out of the vestibule, the suspect inappropriately touched a female customer from behind (edited out of video), then rode off on a wheelie towards Williamstown Road. The same person is a suspect in at least two other similar incidents.
