UCPD seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: DAVID NEWKIRK, a 69-year-old White male who is 6' tall, weighs 175 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue long sleeve Polo shirt and grey jogging pants on 9/5/24 at approximately 2:00pm at 30600 Dyer St. (Walmart) in Union City.
