SMCSO has an important message for you! Controlled Burn causing modified road closure area of Old Village Rd. and Mechanicsville Elem. 
There will be a Fire Department training in the area of Old Village Rd., and Mechanicsville Elementary. The fire department will have one lane closed on Old Village Rd., due caution and the consideration of an alternate route is strongly encouraged. Road closure and modification expected until 1400 hrs.
