Due to expected rain in the forecast, MOVIE UNDER THE STARS IS CANCELED TONIGHT (9/7) but is RESCHEDULED for Saturday, September 14th.
GREAT NEWS! Teaneck Day Weekend festivities for Sunday, September 8th are still AS SCHEDULED at Votee Park.
On Sunday, September 8th, Teaneck Day Weekend continues at Votee Park between the hours of 2pm and 8pm. There will be plenty of activities for children and adults making for an exciting day. This community event is an excellent way to meet your local officials, members of our emergency services to include Police, Fire, DPW and TVAC, and your neighbors while enjoying a day filled with activities.
Some attractions include a Trackless train, Petting Zoo, Food Trucks, Live Music featuring the FIVE-0 Band, Pro Wrestling Match and much more!
A spectacular fireworks display is planned for Sunday at 8:15 pm. Residents can use the Sportsplex field, bleachers and other areas in the park to view the show. The alternate viewing site is the Benjamin Franklin field along Windsor Road. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the nighttime extravaganza all synchronized to music.
