APAC and its subcontractors will be performing construction activities in the area of Highway 278 and I 95 interchange the week of September 8th – 12th , during nighttime hours. This date is a target date and may be delayed or advanced due to weather and field conditions. Please be advised to use caution and expect delays when traveling in these areas.
