2024 Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing Work 
Please be advised that the 2024 Hot-in-Place Pavement Recycling and Resurfacing work starts this week (September 9, 2024), on Lake Harbor Road (Porter to Sunset Point), Harvey Street (Ellis to Sternberg), and selected local roads.
The work involves the adjustment of manhole covers, pavement milling, hot-in-place asphalt recycling, and resurfacing.
The work is currently scheduled to be completed by November 1, 2024.
All roads will remain open to traffic, but there will be lane closures, flagging, and short delays. There may be occasions when work would require the closure of a road for 1 or 2 days. It is advised that traffic seek alternate routes around the work area.
