Although Tropical Storm Francine continues to track farther east, the Beauregard Parish Unified Command Group is advising residents in low-lying, flood-prone areas and those in mobile homes or RVs to seek higher ground and safer shelter.
Tropical Storm Francine is projected to potentially bring heavy rainfall and high winds.
