ACCIDENT AFFECTING HWY 101 SOUTH OF SEASIDE 
UPDATE: Highway 101 is now open at Milepost 24 following a serious accident this morning. Traffic is moving very slowly and backups have occured in both directions. The scene has been turned over to ODOT, please watch TripCheck.com for updates and proceed with caution if heading south from Seaside.

Highway 101 is closed in both directions at Milepost 24 (near Knife River) due to a motor vehicle accident. Please use an alternate route, if possible, and avoid the area. This is expected to be a lengthy closure.
