INCIDENT: PC 273.5(A) - Inflict Corporal Injury/Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Earl Court , Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jimmie Deever, 47 Years Old, Resident of Needles. CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at approximately 11:14 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 1000 block of Earl Court, in reference to a domestic disturbance.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the suspect, Jimmie Deever, had assaulted the victim during an argument and fled the location. Deputies located Deever a short time later, near Washington Street and Park Ave.
Jimmie Deever was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking on the above mentioned charges. Deever remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
