City phone lines

09/10/24: We continue to have problems calling and receiving phone calls on City phones. We are working with Brightspeed to resolve our issues.This outage IS affecting the Dispatch non-emergency number (662-895-4111). Dial 911 for all emergencies.

Attention: The City of Olive Branch phone lines are experiencing an outage- including the non-emergency number (662-895-4111). 911 is not affected. Our vendor (Brightspeed) is aware of the issue and we are looking to have this restored as soon as possible. Dial 911 for ALL emergencies. We will update everyone when our main lines are reconnected.
