Tropical Storm Francine
The city of Long Beach is currently under a tropical storm watch, flood watch, and storm surge watch. Expect strong winds, heavy rainfall, and storm surge. Residents are encouraged to prepare for rainfall up to 8 inches, storm surge up to 5 feet, winds 25 to 45 mph, and possible tornadoes. Sandbags are available at Softball Fields on Klondyke Road, Long Beach Harbor, and Harrison County Long Beach Work Center, 605 N. Seal Ave.

- Check your hurricane supplies including flashlights, batteries, water, and non-perishable food items.
- Fuel up any cars in case of evacuation.
