Hurricane Francine will weaken to a post-tropical depression as lifts through Mississippi on Thursday. Outer bands of rainfall bands will enter northeast Mississippi late tonight and continue through Thursday afternoon. 3 to 5 inches rainfall may produce flooding, particularly in urban areas such as Oxford and Tupelo.

* WHERE...A portion of North Mississippi, including the following areas, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Lafayette, Lee MS, Monroe, Pontotoc and Union.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday evening.
