Evacuation Warning Issued for Angeles National Forest for the Bridge Fire 
Due to ongoing fire activity in the Angeles National Forest, Los Angeles County is issuing a Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) for areas above Duarte, Monrovia, Bradbury, and Azusa. This alert is intended to warn those in the wilderness areas. There is no immediate threat or impact to the City of Duarte.
However, due to the large coverage area, some residents in the mentioned cities may receive the WEA message. Please be advised this is an evacuation warning for the wilderness areas only and does not affect the residential areas of Duarte, Monrovia, Bradbury, Azusa, or surrounding communities.
