* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings are impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 945 PM CDT, Lingering flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
