The female victim, 40, was inside an area business holding her child when she was confronted by the suspect who attempted to steal her property. The suspect attempted to stab the victim and then fled the area. The suspect then got into a vehicle belonging to a male victim, 68, and tried to stab and carjack him. A witness pulled the suspect out of this vehicle, and the suspect fled and got into another vehicle. Officers located and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: John Green, 60, for assault with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, and child endangerment.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1900) 100 Block of North Eldorado Street, Civic District
The male victim, 36, was walking near the listed area when the suspect confronted him and assaulted him with a stick. The suspect fled the area, and the victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male, 38.
