Lingering outer bands of showers and thunderstorms associated with Francine will bring locally heavy rainfall to portions west central and northwest Georgia.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Georgia, including the following counties, in northwest Georgia, Carroll and Haralson. In west central Georgia, Chattahoochee, Coweta, Harris, Heard, Marion, Meriwether, Muscogee, Pike, Schley, Stewart, Sumter, Talbot, Taylor, Troup, Upson and Webster.

* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT this morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
