* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Ascension, Assumption, Iberville, St. James and St. John The Baptist.
* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Donaldsonville, Napoleonville, Gramercy, Lutcher, Convent, Belle Rose, Paincourtville, North Vacherie, Wallace and Garyville. - This includes the follwing Interstate... Instructions:
