The Sussex County Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Mosquito Control, has detected West Nile Virus in adult mosquito populations in Stanhope Borough. The Office will continue with larval surveillance in the immediate area of disease and will complete ULV truck spraying in response to this detection. Disease surveillance will continue in the town for the remainder of the mosquito season.
