Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé requests the public’s help in locating Andalcio Nosizwe, 27, who is wanted for questioning about a shooting that occurred on September 5, 2024.
The victim was walking in the 100 block of 1st Avenue at approximately 10:11 p.m. when he heard several gunshots. He ran, after observing a vehicle speeding westbound on Orange Street, but noticed moments later that he had been shot in the leg. The victim was treated at University Hospital, where officers responded to a call about a man who had been shot.
