The Delaware County Planning Board has begun the process of developing a Comprehensive & Strategic Action Plan. The goals and objectives outlined in the plan will be a tool to guide decisions and actions relating to the development, enhancement, and growth of Delaware County.

Comprehensive Planning is a collaborative process requiring public input to create a shared community vision. This process is called “ONWARD – Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow.” As a Delaware County resident, you are invited to be part of the planning effort by taking this survey, learning more about the process, and participating in future public engagement opportunities.
