Reminder - Mill Street between Saginaw and Center will be closed to traffic starting at 3pm to prepare for the homecoming parade. 
The St. Lous High School homecoming parade is today at 530pm.
In preparation for the parade, Mill Street between Saginaw and North will be closed to traffic.
There will be no parking along Saginaw St between Mill and Main.
These areas are restricted to allow all parade spectators to view the parade safely.
