Due to several large-scale special events happening in the Port Monmouth, Belford, and Leonardo areas TOMORROW (Saturday, 9/14), please expect heavy traffic on Route 36 throughout the day and plan alternate routes.
 
For those going to the USS NEW JERSEY (SSN 796) Commissioning Ceremony at U.S. Naval Weapons Station Earle in Leonardo, please remember to bring your tickets to the lot at AT&T (200 Laurel Avenue) where there will be a security checkpoint. The Holland Road entrance into AT&T will be closed from approximately 6:00 AM until around noon while guests are arriving and being bussed to the ceremony. Guests must enter the lot via Laurel Avenue.
 
There will be no access to the naval base from Route 36.
