The Flood Warning will expire at 1 PM CDT this afternoon for portions of north central and northwest Alabama, including the following areas, in north central Alabama, Cullman, Limestone and Morgan. In northwest Alabama, Colbert, Franklin AL, Lauderdale and Lawrence. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
