Theft of campaign signs from yards

Numerous people in Minneota had campaign signs stolen from their yards on Sunday morning around 1:45 am on 09/15/2024.  I have reason to believe it was two people using a golf cart. These thefts are extremely disrespectful and are a CRIME.  The odds are good that juveniles committed these thefts.  I am actively investigating this incident and reviewing security videos.  I need every parent/golf cart owner to talk to their kids and ensure this does not happen again. I will give the thieves until 09/30/2024 to come to me with the missing signs and the names of those involved. There will be no leniency if the thieves do not turn themselves in and everyone involved will be charged with theft and the golf cart owner will lose their permit and ability to obtain a future permit.  This election season is very stressful, and this type of crime makes it even worse. Please call me if you have any knowledge about this incident or security video.
