DETAILS: On Monday, September 16, 2024, at 6:26PM, Officers were sent to the 4200 block of Relatta on a motor vehicle crash versus a house. According to witnesses, the Honda SUV was travelling southbound on Western and attempted to pass a Semi. The Honda lost control and rolled several times and crashed into a house at the corner of Western/Relatta. The driver of the Honda, Christian Camacho, age 20, died at the scene. The family of the driver has been notified. This case is under investigation by the Amarillo PD Traffic Investigation Unit.
