CAD CALLS:
1. Resisting Arrest (1842) 5400 Block of Carrington Circle, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the area on a reported disturbance and located the suspect yelling at the victim. Officers attempted to separate both parties, and the suspect pulled away from officers and resisted. An officer deployed his taser, and the suspect was detained without further incident. The suspect refused medical treatment. ARRESTED: Brandon Cooper, 37, for resisting arrest.
