Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On September 16, at approximately 1:47 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 2300 block of North Market Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 33-year-old Hykeem Miller, who was taken into custody without incident. Miller was found to be in possession of 4.51 grams of crack cocaine, .91 grams of heroin, .65 grams of marijuana, 3 Suboxone strips, and drug paraphernalia.
Miller has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Two Counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $24,000 cash-only bail.
