* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hudson, Eastern Essex and Eastern Union Counties. In New York, Richmond (Staten Island) County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Statement, from 7 PM to 10 PM EDT this evening. For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 AM to 11 AM EDT Thursday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM to 11 PM EDT Thursday.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is the potential for additional rounds of coastal flooding through at least the weekend.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HUDSON ... EASTERN ESSEX ... EASTERN UNION ... RICHMOND (STATEN IS.)
