Harvey Street Lane Closure between Ellis Road and Sternberg Road Continue 
Shifting lane closures will continue on Harvey Street between Ellis Road and Sternberg Road today and tomorrow (Thursday and Friday the 19th and 20th) for pavement milling operations as part of this year's Hot-in-Place pavement recycling and resurfacing project.
Traffic is to be controlled with construction signs, cones, and flaggers. Delays and short-term stoppages should be expected.
