Penn Dot will begin a road improvement project on Monday September 23 from 8:30am-5:00pm and nightly on September 29 from 7:00pm to 5:00am on Pleasant View Road that will extend from Sunset Drive to the southbound Interstate 83 off-ramp at Exit 38/Reesers Summit.
