Preparedness Month event: 2024 Emergency & Disaster First Responders Expo, Saturday, 21st Sept., at Campau Park (corner of Chene and Robert Bradby Dr. near Coleman A. Young Rec. Center) where we will also honor our 9-1-1 Heroes who died at the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001.
We would like you to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., If possible.
To date, those attending this event include, not limited to, the International Police & Fire Chaplains Assn., Detroit Fire Dept, & EMS, Dept. of Homeland Security/FEMA, U.S. Border Patrol, Civil Air Patrol, Threat Management Center, NOAA/NWS, Wayne County Amateur Radio Public Service Commission, MedStar Life Flight, and others.
