Island Residents: 

AIMCD is overwhelmed with calls following the recent flooding.  Emails may be a more efficient way to request treatment of standing water.  Residents can also complete the form on their website https://www.aimcd.org/contact to request information let them know about mosquito problems.

Please email the Mosquito Control District at [email protected] to request treatment of flood water in rear yards or other areas with standing water in your neighborhood that are not readily visible from the road. 

AIMCD crews do regularly treat Amelia Island, Piney Island, and Marsh Lakes retention ponds, ditches, and other surface water visible from the road.  To learn more about the Mosquito Control District, go to their website:  https://www.aimcd.org/
