UPDATE – MISSING JUVENILE FOUND SAFE
On September 21, 2024, at approximately 9:15 hours Garland was found safe. She has been reunited with family.
The Ashland Police Department would like to thank all news media outlets, the community for sharing the information and providing tips and the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
