The 2024 Long Beach Island Triathlon is in progress, use caution several detours will be in place for the duration of the event.  Long Beach Blvd is closed from 66th St to 116th St from 7am-10am. Please follow detours in place and use Ocean Blvd & Beach Ave.  Additionally, runners are in the roadway on Bayview Ave between 54th St and 65th St please use caution in this area.  Officers are pesent throughout the course to assist with traffic.
