Missing 78-year-old Gary Lenhart has been located safe

The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office asks for the public’s help locating 78-year-old Gary Lenhart.
Lenhart was reported missing around 12:30 p.m. today, September 24, 2024, after he left at about 10:30 a.m. to walk the beach in Palmetto Dunes.
He’s described as 5’7”, 170 lbs., wearing a blue baseball cap, black tank top, short yellow swim trunks, flip flops and sunglasses.
