The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating RODNEY PARKER. RODNEY was last seen in the area of Knotts St./Gage St. riding his black with blue trim, 20” bicycle, wearing a gray “Champion” hooded sweatshirt with black gym shorts, and orange and black Nike shoes.
