* WHERE...Portions of northeast, southeast, and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas and Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia, Wyoming.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
