The male victim, 32, was near the listed area when he saw the suspect arguing with an elderly female. As the victim intervened, he was assaulted by the suspect. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical assistance. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Laron Aikens, 38, for assault with a deadly weapon.
