Single Vehicle Injury Crash 
Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on September 21, 2024, at approximately 2046 Hours, his Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash. The crash occurred on Dailey Rd., near the M 62. intersection, LaGrange Township, Cass County, Michigan.
The initial investigation showed a Jeep Wrangler driven by Bradley Schoetzow (42 Y.O. of Dowagiac, MI) was traveling Southbound on Dailey Rd. Schoetzow had a medical emergency causing his vehicle to leave the roadway. The vehicle struck a tree and came to a rest in the ditch. Schoetzow was transported to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital by SMCAS ambulance.
It is unknown if a seatbelt was used at the time of the crash. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the traffic crash.
Assisting agencies on scene were Wayne Township Fire, Dowagiac Police department, Dowagiac Fire Department, and SMCAS Ambulance
