Due to numerous power outages within the city, many intersections are without functioning traffic signals. At this time, due to the serious conditions we are experiencing, officers may be present at some of these intersections. However, they will not be out of their vehicles directing traffic. Motorists should treat these intersections as they would an intersection that is controlled by stop signs only. Please be cautious when navigating these locations. Again, we are urging you, if you do not have to be out on the roadways please stay home!
