Clay County Emergency Management has canceled all mandatory and voluntary evacuation orders.   Continue to remain aware of rising water in small streams, creeks, and rivers throughout the day in all areas of Clay County.   If you need to travel today,  do not cross roadways covered by water, and do not go around any barriers blocking roadways where high water has a roadway impassable.  "Turn around, don't drown!"
