Sunday, September 29th is Gold Star Mother’s and Family Day. This is a day of remembrance set aside to recognize the families of those military members who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our nation.
On this solemn day, let us reaffirm our commitment to support and care for the families of those whose lives were lost in military action while defending our country and preserving our freedom.
Your Mayor and Council send our deepest sympathy and heartfelt gratitude to all Gold Star Families. The profound loss of your loved ones who are our nation’s fallen heroes serves as a powerful reminder of the true cost of freedom.
Let us all remember that no one has given more for the nation than the families of the fallen and they will never be forgotten.
