Due to an issue with the Frontier Phone System, Clay County 911 lines are down. All 911 calls for Clay County are being answered at the Johnston County NC 911 center. 911 call information is being relayed back to Clay County via NC State Viper Network for service.

If you call 911, advise the 911 operator of the address you are calling from in Clay County NC.

If you are unable to reach 911 in Clay County, please report to one of the following locations:

Clay County Fire & Rescue Station 1 - 30 May St.
